This is the windows desktop version of messages for web app for windows you can download the latest released .exe file from here or you can download current latest version as of (5 Jan, 2020) Android-Messages-Setup-3.1.0.exe this can be used on any windows flavor greater than windows 7. This version of app is built using Javascript
